About one lakh students in the final year of graduation and postgraduate final year of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University Agra’s academic session 2019-20, will have to take the remaining examinations.  Final semester students will also be tested in semester courses.  At the same time, examinations will not be conducted for the students of undergraduate first and second year and postgraduate first year and the rest of the semester.  These will be promoted based on the guidelines of University Grants Commission (UGC).

The meeting of the examination committee was held in the guest house on Thursday under the chairmanship of the university’s vice-chancellor Professor Ashok Mittal.  It was decided that the guidelines issued by the UGC regarding the examination will be followed.  After September 15, final year and final session of students will be conducted based on the situation.
Exam results of lakh students will be released

Around four lakh students were registered in the academic session 2019-20.  It was also decided to release the results of three lakh students in the meeting.  Undergraduate first and second year and first year postgraduate students, whose papers have been tested, their copies are being evaluated.  The student will get the marks of that question paper.
Graduates and Masters first year students will now have to take the second year examination.  The average of his marks will be taken and marks will be given in those first year papers which have not been tested.  On the other hand, undergraduate second year students will be given average marks in those papers, which could not be tested, based on the marks of first year examination.  Promotion will be given on the same basis.  The same arrangement will also be applicable in semester courses.

Pre-PhD course results based on internal assessment

It was decided in the examination committee of the university that pre-PhD course examination will not be conducted.  Students will be passed or failed on the basis of internal assessment.  The pass student will be allotted PhD, further action will be taken.  A total of 815 students were registered for pre-PhD course work.  All were awaiting the university’s decision.  The examination was proposed in March.  The exam was postponed as the lock down was declared.

MPhil and PhD viva will also be done online

The pending viva of MPhil and PhD students will also be made online.  The decision was approved by the examination committee on Thursday.  Interested students will be able to give air online.  The committee shall consist of the Vice Chancellor or a member nominated on their behalf.  Video recording will also be done.  At the same time, students who want to give offline, can give, they may have to wait.

डॉ. भीमराव आंबेडकर विश्वविद्यालय आगरा के शैक्षणिक सत्र 2019-20 की मुख्य परीक्षा में शामिल स्नातक और परास्नातक अंतिम वर्ष के करीब एक लाख छात्र-छात्राओं को बाकी परीक्षाएं देनी होंगी। सेमेस्टर पाठ्यक्रमों में भी अंतिम सत्र के विद्यार्थियों की परीक्षा कराई जाएगी। वहीं, स्नातक प्रथम व द्वितीय वर्ष और परास्नातक प्रथम वर्ष व सेमेस्टर के बाकी सत्रों के विद्यार्थियों की परीक्षाएं नहीं कराई जाएंगी। इनको विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग (यूजीसी) के दिशा-निर्देशों के आधार पर प्रोन्नति दी जाएगी।

विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति प्रोफेसर अशोक मित्तल की अध्यक्षता में गुरुवार को परीक्षा समिति की बैठक अतिथि गृह में हुई। इसमें तय किया गया कि परीक्षा के संबंध में यूजीसी की ओर से जारी दिशा-निर्देशों का पालन किया जाएगा। 15 सितंबर के बाद अंतिम वर्ष और अंतिम सत्र के छात्र-छात्राओं की परीक्षा परिस्थिति को देखते हुए कराई जाएगी।
लाख विद्यार्थियों का परीक्षा  परिणाम होगा जारी

शैक्षणिक सत्र 2019-20 में करीब चार लाख विद्यार्थी पंजीकृत थे। बैठक में तीन लाख विद्यार्थियों के परिणाम जारी करने पर भी निर्णय लिया गया। स्नातक प्रथम और द्वितीय वर्ष व परास्नातक प्रथम वर्ष के विद्यार्थियों की जिन प्रश्नपत्रों की परीक्षा हो गई है, उनकी कापियों का मूल्यांकन कराया जा रहा है। उस प्रश्नपत्र के प्राप्तांक विद्यार्थी को यथावत मिलेंगे।
स्नातक और परास्नातक प्रथम वर्ष के विद्यार्थियों को अब द्वितीय वर्ष की परीक्षा देनी होगी। उसके प्राप्तांक का औसत निकालकर प्रथम वर्ष के उन प्रश्नपत्रों में अंक दिए जाएंगे, जिनकी परीक्षा नहीं हुई है। उधर, स्नातक द्वितीय वर्ष के विद्यार्थियों को प्रथम वर्ष की परीक्षा के प्राप्तांक के आधार पर उन प्रश्नपत्रों में औसत अंक दिए जाएंगे, जिनकी परीक्षा नहीं कराई जा सकी। उसी के आधार पर प्रोन्नति दी जाएगी। यही व्यवस्था सेमेस्टर पाठ्यक्रमों में भी लागू होगी।

आंतरिक मूल्यांकन के आधार पर प्री-पीएचडी कोर्स का परिणाम

विश्वविद्यालय की परीक्षा समिति में निर्णय लिया गया कि प्री-पीएचडी कोर्स की परीक्षा नहीं कराई जाएगी। आंतरिक मूल्यांकन के आधार पर छात्र-छात्राओं को पास या फेल किया जाएगा। पास विद्यार्थी को पीएचडी एलॉट हो जाएगी, आगे की कार्यवाही की जाएगी। प्री-पीएचडी कोर्स वर्क में कुल 815 छात्र-छात्राएं पंजीकृत थे। सभी विश्वविद्यालय के निर्णय का इंतजार कर रहे थे। मार्च में परीक्षा प्रस्तावित थी। लॉक डाउन घोषित होने से परीक्षा स्थगित कर दी गई थी।

एमफिल और पीएचडी का वायवा ऑनलाइन माध्यम से भी होगा

एमफिल और पीएचडी के छात्र-छात्राओं का लंबित वायवा ऑनलाइन माध्यम से भी कराया जाएगा। परीक्षा समिति ने गुरुवार को इस निर्णय पर मुहर लगा दी। इच्छुक छात्र-छात्राएं ऑनलाइन वायवा दे सकेंगे। कमेटी में कुलपति या उनकी ओर से नामित सदस्य शामिल होगा। वीडियो रिकार्डिंग भी कराई जाएगी। वहीं, जो विद्यार्थी ऑफलाइन वायवा देना चाहते हैं, दे सकते हैं, उसके लिए इंतजार करना पड़ सकता है।
